The hotel is hosting an Open Weekend from the evening of Friday 3rd until Sunday 5th of February. We have organised this because we realise the importance of being able to visualise what your wedding would look like. There will be many decisions you will have to make when organising your wedding, so rather than simply imagining what your wedding will be like we are putting together different options for you to see.

There will be a room set up for a wedding ceremony, different shaped tables including a top table laid out, the suite where your evening reception would be held will be set out in various settings to allow you to see exactly what it will all look like. You will also be able to look at some of our bedrooms and our cottage.

If you have any questions on the day our wedding co-ordinators will be on hand to answer these and if you wish to go into any more details we can sit down with you and run through costs with you, on the other hand if you want to just come in for a look please feel free to do so.

Your Wedding for 2012 for £2,012

On the open weekend only, we are offering the following unbelievable offer,
A fully inclusive wedding for 50 day guests and a further 70 evening guests for an unbelievable £2,012!

Here are the details:-

• Your wedding will be sometime in 2012
• Your meal will be for 50 day guests and will be Menu 1 from our wedding brochure-this is a 5 course menu.
• A glass of sparkling wine to all your guests on arrival
• A toast drink of their choice will be offered to your guests for the speeches
• An evening buffet consisting of Sausage Rolls, Mini Steak Pies, Vegetable Pakora, Sandwiches and bowls of Kettle Chips with Tea and Coffee
• Chair Covers with co-ordinated sashes supplied for the ceremony and the meal
• Use of our Kinnaird Room for your wedding ceremony
• The top table will have fresh flowers which will co-ordinate with your colour scheme
• Preferential accommodation rates for all of your guests
• A deposit of £300 must be paid on the weekend

Weddings for 2013 & 2014

If you come along to our open weekend and book a date with us for either 2013 or 2014 we will charge our package prices from 2011.

For example, if you were to book a date today our package prices start at £35 per head however on our weekend we would start them at £32 per head.
