King Prawns, Mussels and Scallops tossed in a garlic and coriander sauce and placed on a herb crust

Crown of Galia Melon (V)

Capped with exotic fruits and drizzled with a sweet ginger syrup
Parfait of Breast of Duck

Served with a spiced marmalade and hot buttered toast
Tomato & Capsicum Soup (V)

Topped with a swirl of cream

Fillet of Venison on a bed of roasted vegetables and black pudding mash, crowned with a sweet wild berry sauce

Pan Fried Strips of Pork

Strips of pork in a pepper, onion and herb cream sauce served with a timbale of rice topped with a poached apple

Surrounded with forest mushrooms and roasted shallots, topped with a rich thyme and sloe gin jus

Chef's homemade ravioli napped with a cream and garlic sauce served with tomato and basil bruschetta

Grilled Fillet of Tuna

On a bed of egg noodles tossed with spring onions and garlic in a hoisin sauce served with stir fried vegetables.
